What the extension does
When you click the toolbar icon, use its menu or press the shortcut, the extension scrolls the current tab, takes screenshots of it and stitches them into one image on your device. A preview opens in a new tab where you can copy, download or edit the image. Everything, including editing and export to PNG, JPG, WebP or PDF, happens locally.
Data we collect
None. The developer does not collect, receive, store on a server, sell or share any data. The extension has no analytics, no tracking, no remote code and no servers of its own. It makes no network requests.
Data stored on your device
The extension keeps the following in your browser, on your device only:
- the capture in progress, held in the extension’s local database only until the preview tab opens it, then deleted (a capture that is never opened is removed after 10 minutes);
- capture progress, kept in session storage so the status survives a background-worker restart;
- your editor choices (colors, line widths, fonts, export format, theme), kept in the extension’s local storage so they are remembered next time.
The editor does not autosave your edits, and files are created on your device only when you click Download or Copy. Uninstalling the extension removes everything it stored.
Permissions

The extension requests no host permissions.
Sensitive information
A screenshot contains whatever is on the page, including anything private. Use the solid Redact tool to hide sensitive details before sharing an image. Blur is only a visual effect.
